Packing Crew & Delivery Driver

Qualified candidates are smart and motivated individuals who want to work in a local food environment.
Each week they will work together with the Subscription Manager and other Packing Crew Members to aggregate products from our farm and producer partners, pack customized farm share boxes for customers, and deliver customized local food boxes to our membership community in Lincoln.
​
Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a minivan in neighborhoods.

Local Food Subscription Manager

We are looking for a Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Local Food Subscription Program.
Our Local Food Subscription is a direct-to-consumer model of local food distribution to families in the Lincoln and Omaha areas.
The goal of the Local Food Subscription is to elevate local food, farms, and small businesses to everyday people.

Qualified candidates will be passionate about getting local food into the homes of our customers and expanding awareness of local food.
Field Crew Member

Qualified candidates will work in all aspects of our salad production, from planting, harvesting, and packing to weeding and field maintenance.
The ideal candidate has some growing experience, and a desire to learn, maximize efficiency, and improve systems on the farm.
This person must be able to work quickly, make decisions on their own, and communicate clearly.
