Our Farm

Our Mission

Robinette Farms seeks to sustainably produce a diversity of high quality farm goods for sale locally. We strive to build a profitable business that minimizes off-farm inputs, reduces our detrimental impact on the environment, and educates our community about the food we eat and enjoy. Through hard work and managed, sustainable growth, we intend to create a farm that supports our family and community for generations to come.

The Land

For our first season, we will be growing on land rented from Sunwest Farms at Havelock and 84th. Our cattle, moved from Colorado in December, are living on a ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska until we find land of our own. We have already begun the search for land, and we hope to find and buy property by the fall of this year. Our rented land is currently not certifiably organic, and because we intend to only rent for one growing season, we will not be seeking any sort of organic or transition certification. We can assure you, however, that our growing practices are entirely organic. We believe that we cannot sustainably grow the highest quality produce for your family and ours without caring for the land and water that our farm is based on.

Where We Sell

This year we will sell produce and meat through our CSA program, and at farmer's markets.
